1. BOOKINGS

Bookings open up 2 weeks in advance and are open right up until the class start time

Waitlists are available – if the class you want to book is full we highly recommend jumping on the wait list and you’ll be automatically moved into the class once a space becomes available – keep an eye on your emails for confirmation

2. CANCELLATIONSÂ

If you are unable to attend a class we ask that you cancel with at least 1 hour’s notice.Â
Â
You can cancel by logging back in to the booking platform, selecting your ‘Schedule’ and clicking cancel beside the name of the class.Â
Â
You wouldn’t want to miss out because of a no-show, right? So here’s the deal:
- You’ll get a late cancellation strike if you cancel within the hour before your gym time/class starts
-You’ll get a no-show strike if you don’t attend a class/ gym time you’ve booked into
-If you rack up any 3 strikes within 30 days you’ll get a 7-day booking restriction

3. ATTENDING CLASS

We would advise you aim to arrive 10 minutes before the class starts in appropriate exercise attire and footwear
Â
The warm up is an essential part of the class, our instructors have the right to refuse entry to late arrivals
Â
For WeWork Wellness Studios head up to the studio where you’ll be met by our instructor who can check you in
Â
For GYMBOX Studios head to reception upon arrival to get checked in
Â

4. MEMBER ACCESS AND SAFETY
Â
At all locations, you will need to show booking confirmation and proof of WeWork membership
Â
For GYMBOXÂ Please note that for safety you are not permitted to bring bags in to the studio with you. If you would like to secure your belongings, there are lockers available. Please bring along a padlock if you wish to use one, alternatively they are available to purchase at Gymbox receptions.

York Road and Fenchurch Avenue classes are restricted to members of those buildings
